Braised shoulder steak (4.5 hours) in a rich gravy


INGREDIENTS:

  • Shoulder steak

  • Onion

  • Wheat flour (with added calcium carbonate, iron, niacin, and thiamin)

  • Water

  • Margarine (palm oil, rapeseed oil, water)

  • Shortening

  • Soya flour

  • Salt

  • Beef extract (7%)

  • Flavour enhancers:

    • Monosodium glutamate

    • Disodium 5′-ribonucleotides

  • Yeast extract

  • Soy sauce (contains: soybeans, salt, spirit vinegar, maltodextrin, carrot, spices, potato starch, colour – ammonia caramel)

  • Egg

    • Collections available from 11am to 9pm, seven days a week.

    • Orders placed up to 8.30pm – delivery will be next day between 11am to 3pm, Monday to Saturday.

    • Orders after 8.30pm – delivery will be day after

    • We deliver throughout the area from Stonehaven to Bridge of Don and west to Peterculter.
